NEW BROKER FOR SNOWSHOE MOUNTAIN HOMES

Spence Woody is the new Broker of Snowshoe Mountain Homes. Originally from Knoxville, Tennessee Spence and his wife Carol moved to Snowshoe in November, 1996 for one winter. Like many at Snowshoe he fell in love with the summers and the resort and made it their home. Spence worked in different areas of the resort for the first 9 years, and then he became a Realtor in 2005. Spence has bought and sold multiple properties in the area and lives at the base of the mountain with his wife Carol and daughter McKenna. Spence and his family love to enjoy the resort, county and travel when they have time. Please stop by the Village office and say hello!
