Hello
from Snowshoe Mountain. Summer is finally upon us on the mountain and we
are all very excited about it. Please check out Snowshoe’s event schedule

and come up some time to escape the heat and humidity. The WV State Hog
Rally, 22nd Annual Chili Cook-off, 10th Annual Blues/Brews and
BBQ and 14th Annual Wine and Jazz Festival are coming soon and all are always
loads of fun. If you are ever on the mountain please stop by our Village
office and say hello as we always like seeing and meeting you. In real
estate we are still struggling with pricing but there are more buyers all the
time. There have been 88 properties close in the Snowshoe area in the
last year and our office alone had 5 offers in the last week. This fall
we hope to turn the corner a bit as we go into a very busy winter. There
are amazing deals in all complexes so let us know your area of interest and
budget and we can send you some to review that we believe are “Hot
Deals”. Again we appreciate you taking the time to open these emails as
